Spring Tour Information
We’re excited to begin sharing details about our upcoming Performing Arts Tour to Disney World!
An interest meeting will be held on May 28 at 7:45 PM, immediately following the Performing Arts Awards Show. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend with their student.
Commitment forms will be distributed at the conclusion of the meeting.
Participation is limited to 45 eligible students, and spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots are limited and tend to fill quickly, so timely submission is important.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required only for students who secure one of the initial 45 spots. Deposits and commitment forms will begin being accepted on May 28. Once the initial spots are filled, additional eligible students will be placed on a waitlist.
Students and parents must fill out this form in full. Once the form has been completed and signed, directors will collect the $50 nonrefundable deposit from the first 45 students. After all spots have been filled, directors will continue accepting forms and create a waitlist for any students still interested if a spot becomes available. Directors will only collect the deposit once your spot has been secured.
